1. Membership Program

This Agreement is between MPB Auto Repair & Body Shop (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Member”). The MPB Membership Program provides maintenance services, discounts, and benefits while the membership is active and in good standing.

2. Membership Plans

Essential Protection — $59 / month

3 oil changes per year; 1 wheel alignment per year; 1 tow up to 25 miles; 2 pick-up & delivery services; 10% off mechanical repairs; 10% off body shop labor

Complete Protection — $79 / month

3 full synthetic oil services; 1 wheel alignment per year; 1 tow up to 25 miles; 2 pick-up & delivery; loaner vehicle up to 3 days (availability); 12% off mechanical repairs; 15% off body shop services

Elite Premium — $99 / month

3 premium synthetic oil services; unlimited wheel alignments while membership is active; 1 tow up to 30 miles; priority loaner vehicle (availability); home pick-up & delivery; 12% off mechanical repairs; 15% off body shop labor; 10% off tire services

3. Unlimited Service Policy (Elite Plan)

Unlimited services are available while membership remains active and in good standing. Services are subject to reasonable use and must be scheduled through MPB Auto Repair & Body Shop. The Company reserves the right to refuse service if abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Minimum Membership Term

Minimum membership commitment is three (3) months. Early cancellation before the minimum term may result in an early termination fee of $150.

5. Automatic Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method on file. Payments are non-refundable. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

6. Vehicle Eligibility

Membership benefits apply only to the registered vehicle listed in this Agreement and are not transferable to other vehicles or individuals without written approval from MPB Auto Repair.

7. Loaner Vehicle Policy

Loaner vehicles are subject to availability. Member must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of full coverage insurance. Member assumes full responsibility for any damage, tickets, tolls, or violations.

8. Service Limitations

Oil services include up to 6 quarts of standard oil and a standard oil filter. Specialty oils, additional oil quantities, or specialty filters may incur additional charges.

9. Abuse of Membership

MPB Auto Repair reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in cases of misuse, fraud, false information, or excessive abuse of services.

10. Limitation of Liability

MPB Auto Repair shall not be responsible for loss of personal items left in vehicles or delays caused by parts suppliers or third-party vendors. Maximum liability shall not exceed the membership fees paid during the previous 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento County, California. Both parties waive the right to jury trial and class action participation.
